Lara Brierley
Born and raised in small town B.C., Lara completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of British Columbia and a Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto. After working in Toronto, she practiced in the United Kingdom for six years before returning to Canada to settle in Regina.
To help each client with specific issues, Lara employs a number of techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage.
She has completed the Dr. Vodder School International training program and is a Manual Lymphatic Therapist and a Combined Decongestive Therapist. She is a member of the Lymphology Association of North America.
Lara is in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan.
